Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Customs, Duties and Taxes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prices on the site do not include import duties or taxes. Parcels shipped outside Switzerland may attract customs charges in the destination country, and these are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict the amount, as it depends on your local rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wrong Address, Lost and Delayed Parcels<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Please check your shipping address carefully before you confirm your order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we can resend it once you cover the return and reshipping costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If tracking has not moved for [10] business days, contact us at [support@karma-stones.com] and we will open an enquiry with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit we will replace it or refund it in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Damaged on Arrival<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo of the item and the packaging within [7] days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.
